- scientific curriculum development and teaching methods under futuristic vision to meet the need s of the labour market and its institutions.
- consolidate the relations between business administration department and the scientific researches institutions interested with administrative science inside and outside of Libya to achieve the integration and collaboration and exchange experiences ,skills ,knowledge ,and academical programs..
- preparing humans cadres with high level of efficiency in order to meet the local and regional requirements of labour market in administrative fields.
