Description
The Department of Administration presents its study program to obtain a university degree (Bachelor) at the following stages:
A period of four years (8 semesters) during which the student can choose courses according to his GPA.
This program requires the student to pass (144) academic units
Throughout the college period. This program has been developed to be scientifically distinguished with the highest degrees
Efficiency and quality in the study of specialization, and the program is characterized by consistency, integration and flexibility in terms of methodology.
Giving the student the opportunity to fully benefit from carefully designed programs in order to provide the highest quality services
Education of high quality and recognized scientific competencies in this field and commensurate with the student's tendencies
And his desire. The courses of the program are distributed over 4 academic levels (years). Each academic level
It consists of two semesters. The number of approved hours for the program is estimated at (144) credit hours with (48) subjects
A graduation project, including study. The maximum score for each subject is one hundred degrees divided by 40
A degree for the year’s work and 60 degrees for the final exam. The courses are in the first and second semesters
The third is general for all students in college, and the student begins specializing in the program during the fourth semester
Most of the courses at the third and fourth levels are specialized. Students finish the program courses
Academician in the department with a graduation project under the supervision of a faculty member in one of the fields proposed by the department.
The study units for the project are determined by the number of three study units, and graduation is not achieved unless the student succeeds in the project
Submitted after being discussed by a committee of specialized professors consulted by the department presidency.
Objectives
1.Provididng distinguished advanced programmes in Business management and entrepreneurship.
2.Development and continuous improvement of the academic programmes and the educational process at the department ; to match the rapid administrative development, according to the international quality standards .
3. Sustained development and entrepreneurship achievement in business administration and management in concomitance with quality standards and work-environment requirements .
4. Graduation of Scientifically efficient personnel concomitant with education quality standards and the local public and private market requirements and needs.
Outcomes
The programme outcomes embrace different specialties, including : Human Recourses Management , Marketing Management , Risk and Insurance Management and Executive Office management .

The graduates of our department hold the academic degree of Bachelor of Business Administration.
Entry Reuirements
Students are accepted to join the Department of Management in accordance with the following requirements and conditions:
The student applying to study in the department should have a certificate of completion of the secondary education stage or its equivalent
In accordance with the procedures and controls established and issued by the Ministry of Higher Education and in force in
Libyan universities.
- The student applying for specialization and studying in the Department of Administration must pass the specialized general subjects
Management subjects 120 and 121 with a general grade of good.
The scientific program is equalized for students transferring from the corresponding departments of other colleges, provided that it is submitted
The transfer student documents that show the courses he studied, the scientific content of each of them, and a number
Units for each course and a transcript of grades. The academic file is referred to the academic program coordinator in the department
To complete the equation procedure.
- A student transferring from a corresponding college is required to study at least 50% of the specialized subjects
Department in order to obtain a bachelor's degree in management from the college.
- The capacity for accepting students in the department is estimated according to the capabilities of the department from faculty members.
Classrooms are available each semester.
There is a 100% fit between the number of students actually enrolled and the number of students who were accepted to participate in the study.
Study Plan
The Bachelor in Business Management prepares students to qualify for Bachelor in Business Management. The student studies several subjects which have been carefully chosen in this major to cover its different aspects.
It comprises 8 Semesters of study, in which the student will study a total of 138 units, which include 43 units of general subjects, and 71 major units, 6 of elective units. In addition to a final project in the student's major.
