Crash Course on Growing Business for students

The International Cooperation Office at UoT invites students to participate in an online crash course about Porter’s Competitive Strategy: Netflix case study, offered with the support of CUOA Business School, Italy. This is an opportunity for students to learn how to identify and face their competitors in different markets and develop strategies that will make their company grow.

In this crash course students will have contact with the theory and study how Netflix revolutionized the way the world watches movies and series, by positioning itself as leader of a transformed market.

Note that academics from different fields of study are welcome join and share their take on it as well.

The Crash Course includes:

• Articles in English; • Videoclass; • Certificate of participation corresponding to a 3-hour course.
