Description
After the student obtains the university degree (Bachelor’s degree in Arabic language), the student who wishes to complete the higher university studies shall take the differentiation exam, in both its written and oral parts, according to the division in which he wants to register.
After passing the exam, the student enrolls in the graduate study program (Master’s stage) and studies ten courses in two semesters, at a rate of five courses per semester, i.e. fifteen study units per semester. For success, the student is required to obtain a final average of 65%.
After the student passes all the academic courses successfully, he will receive a certificate of "preparatory stage diploma for the master's degree in the Department of Linguistic Studies".
He can then submit a proposal in which he presents his research plan in preparation for starting the preparation of the master's thesis "Seminar". After the approval of the scientific committee in the relevant department on the subject, the student has the right to register it with the "National Commission for Scientific Research" and work on the thesis, and after completing the courses and the thesis together, the student is granted a master's degree in linguistic studies.

- The student should have obtained a university degree or its equivalent with a good general grade.
- His age should not exceed what is agreed upon according to the laws and regulations of postgraduate studies.
