Discussion of a master’s thesis in the Department of Private Law

In the conference hall of the College of Law, the Master’s degree thesis submitted by the student Marziya Salem Al-Rakeen, entitled: ((Division and distribution of the proceeds of implementation in Libyan and comparative law)) was discussed on Tuesday morning.

 After extensive discussion and evaluation of the curriculum followed by the student, the committee decided to accept the thesis and award the student a master’s degree in private law with an excellent grade of 85%.
