For the second CONSECUTIVE day, the activities of the scientific forum, which comes within the celebration of the 60th anniversary of founding of the University of Tripoli, were held for. Two important topics were presented. The first was related to the programs of international cooperation and activating the concluded agreements. The second was the electronic university, in the presence of the university president Prof. Dr. Nabil Al-Natah and a number of faculty members from different disciplines, faculties and guests.

This topic comes from the importance of international cooperation in the development of the University of Tripoli as a great source of scientific resources in its local and international environment. The first topic  began with the participation of a number of distinguished professors who had a long history in the field of international cooperation. [ what did they participate in ) The participants focused on ways to benefit from opportunities for cooperation With international bodies such as UNESCO, FAO and ISESCO, as well as the international grants systems such as the European Union 2020, DAAD and others. The possibility of twinning with some major universities, especially in Europe, has been raised, which would elevate the educational level of the University of Tripoli.
