Undersecretary of Student Affairs meets with the owners of cafes and cafeterias
The Deputy Director for Student Affairs, Mr. Ayman Ibrahim Omar, met, in the presence of the manager of Self Resources office and the director of the activity department, with the owners of cafés and cafeterias within the university to discuss the prices of sandwiches and beverages, which are witnessing a large increase exceeding what students can afford, The meeting agreed to reduce some basic drinks and sandwiches to suit the students' economic situation and a commitment was made to reduce prices in some categories. A committee consisting of the Office of the Undersecretary for Student Affairs, the Office of Self-Resources, the Students Union, the Follow-up and Inspection Committee, was established to follow up the implementation of the agreement periodically.
